Services:	Small businesses and individuals starting a small business can receive one-on-one counseling in various areas including: Financial projections and loan packaging Accounting and record keeping Market analysis and research Strategic marketing Workshops on starting a business and other topics are also offered to assist small businesses. These services are free or at low cost to businesses located in western Minnesota.

Funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration, Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development and regional support partners.
