What’s the #1 reason why YOUR kids should learn algebra as early as 3rd grade?

Because they can. Why withhold algebra and limit a child’s potential? Algebra is the gateway to every higher math class your child will take (incl. trig, calculus, stats, & the sciences).

At SAI™, we’ve shown for almost 20 years that kids as young as 3rd grade can learn substantive algebra! If you want your child to be confident, able to handle higher math and able to use math in the real world – then sign your child up for SAI.

SAI™ is a half-day, week-long math enrichment program for average to gifted students with music, games & hands-on activities using color, shape, size, texture and movement to set an enduring foundation for central algebra concepts like variables, powers and factoring. More than 2,700 students since 1995. Check our website for FAQ’s and more details on times & locations.

SAI is an enrichment program that uses algebra to unify and connect mathematics for children. One of SAI's strengths is that we show young students how algebra illustrates several "grand ideas" that unify and connect math across grades and across topics. The class is taught by area elementary education teachers and the developer of this program Bob Hazen. For more details on this program see the Algebra for Kids, LLC site.

Note: while our goal is to have separate classes for boys and girls, lower enrollment may require that classes be merged into co-ed groups. You will be notified before the class if such a change occurs.

    Cancellation Policy

Openings caused by late cancellations are hard to fill, as families on waiting lists have often made other plans by the time a late opening arises. Because of this, our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • If we receive notice this many days before the start of your session, then your refund will be:
      • 22 days or more prior 100% less the $50 non-refundable deposit
      • Less than 21 days prior no refund.
    • If we cancel a class due to low registrations, you will receive a full refund.
