Instructions for accessing your academic transcript via the web
The following are directions to access your academic transcript via the World Wide Web.
- Begin at the MSUM Home page: http://www.mnstate.edu
- Choose: eservices [red line at top of screen]
- Choose: Log In
- Sign In: Enter your dragon I. D. (eight digits)
(If you have forgotten your Dragon ID, go to the LOOKUP ID tab, on the left menu) Enter your P.I.N (six digits) (If you have forgotten your PIN/Password, go to the LOOKUP PASSWORD ) (The PIN/Password is emailed to you using the email address that MSUM has on record)
(NOTE: If you check the small box below the sign on block, your name will print on the record, but only on the last page.)
LOG IN
- From the menu on the left: Grades and Transcripts
- From the menu on the left: choose Academic Record
You have a choice of the format of the transcript:
- Chronological is listing courses by the terms taken.
- Subject lists all courses alphabetical by subject, then numerical within the subject.
- General Education (also known as Audit or Advising Record) lists liberal studies (general education) courses first by the categories A-F1, and the remaining courses are listed alphabetically
- Your academic transcript will appear.
The record includes:
Degrees earned Transfer credits accepted by MSUM Notations (ie: PPST complete, Human Relations complete, etc) recorded in the term it was entered.
The academic records may be printed.
If you need an official transcript sent, a written request must be submitted to the MSUM Records Office.
