Instructions to apply for Reciprocity [ND/SD/WI]
Students need to be sure to select the correct academic year when applying for reciprocity.

North Dakota and Wisconsin students attending Minnesota State University may apply for reciprocity on-line or by printing the form and following the directions found at the respective web sites.

South Dakota students:
South Dakota students receive reciprocity automatically if you indicated on your admission application that you are a South Dakota resident. Verification of graduation from a South Dakota high school and/or permanent residency status may be requested if you did not graduate from a South Dakota high school within the last year.
