Degree Audit Reporting System


The Degree Audit is a computer program that produces advising information 

illustrating a student's progress in fulfilling the graduation requirements of their  

chosen degree program.  The Records Office must have on file, the intended 

major in order for this advising tool to produce an accurate degree progress report.

How to view your DARS Audit

Click on ESERVICES from the www.mnstate.edu 

Enter your Dragon ID and password LOGIN
From the left menu select "Grades and Transcripts"
and then "Degree Audit Report"


This audit will tell you when requirements have been satisfied in Liberal Studies/

Dragon Core and major program areas.


If a requirement has been met it will say "OK" and display in blue if a requirement has 

not been met it will say "NO" and display in red and will tell you what courses to select 

from to meet the requirement.


Effective for students with any transfer credit Fall 2005 and later.


Advisors have access to DARS reports through their advisee lists also on 

ESERVICES.
