Psi Chi
Qualifications
Student membership in Psi Chi has a number of requirements
including:
--declared Psychology Major or Minor
--completion of at least 3 semesters of college and
9 semester hours of psychology
--minimum overall GPA=3.0 and rank in upper 35%
--minimum Psychology GPA=3.25
--high standards of personal behavior
--two-thirds affirmative vote by current Psi Chi members
Psi Chi membership has many benefits, including national
recognition for academic excellence, membership card and certificate,
access to information on educational programs, funding, and conferences,
regular publications like "Eye on Psi Chi", and eligibility to wear
official Psi Chi honor pins at graduation.
