Mandates & Curiosities "The board of trustees of the Minnesota state colleges and universities may lease state property, including state bond financed property, at Moorhead State University to a private developer for the construction of student services, alumni foundation, and student residence hall facilities. Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.695, subdivision 2, and 16B.24, or any other law, the board may lease the property for a term of up to one-half the useful life of the property without obtaining state executive council approval. The board shall evaluate financing options available under Minnesota Statutes, sections 136A.25 to 136A.42, and 136F.98." "The Story is Our Students" |
