  • Provide comfort control to students, faculty and staff in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain university equipment as to prevent breakdowns.
  • Provide and implement safety programs per OSHA.
  • Develop program for updating fire alarm to ADA/OSHA standards.
  • Continue information and training programs to increase employee skills.
  • Develop programs for preventive maintenance schedule for building mechanical systems.
  • Develop programs for preventive maintenance electrical systems.
  • Insure mechanical rooms and building care up to fire alarm codes.
