Does your student organization understand the importance of a successful officer transition? Encourage both old and new officers to attend this session to learn how to transition successfully. Complete a Transition checklist and a Rearview Mirror worksheet. Look at ways to prepare for the transition process all year round and learn how to pass on your wisdom to your new members.
