Co-Curricular Transcript

Congratulations are in order!  You have taken a great step toward getting the most out of your college career by documenting your co-curricular activities.  The Co-Curricular Transcript (CCT) provides an opportunity for you to summarize your activities by using eFolio Minnesota, a state-of-the art electronic portfolio that easily, clearly, colorfully, professionally and globally showcases you!

To begin creating your Co-Curricular Transcript, please stop by the Office of Student Activities (OSA), CMU 229, to pick up your CCT packet.  Please fill out the enclosed Registration Form and return it to the OSA.  By doing so, the OSA has a record of students who have created a Co-Curricular Transcript using eFolio Minnesota.  The next step is to request your site by going to the eFolio Minnesota homepage at www.efoliomn.com/.  This site contains information about eFolio, some examples and instructions on signing up for your own eFolio.  After entering your identifying information, and selecting a desired version (teacher, student or worker), your site address, site administration address, username and password will be emailed to you.

Once you begin working on your eFolio, you can choose from 20 design templates, some with multiple color options.  There are also several content templates to assist with entering different types of information.  For the purpose of creating your Co-Curricular Transcript, please visit www.cct.efoliomn1.com/.  This site will help guide you when creating your CCT.  In addition, an Identifying your Skills sheet is included in your CCT packet and will assist you in the process of identifying and labeling the skills that you have learned through your participation in co-curricular activities.

Finally, if you would like assistance creating other areas of your Co-Curricular Transcript, please visit Career Services, CMU 114, or call 477.2131.  You can also visit Career Services online at www.mnstate.edu/career.  The Career Services staff is trained to assist students and alumni with the transition from the University to meaningful employment, graduate school and/or other life experiences.  Some of the services they provide include career information, workshops, mock interviews, appointments for resume/letter reviews and more.
