Operations Management Overview

Welcome to the MSUM 2+2 Operations Management Online Program. If you've obtained your two-year A.S. or A.A.S. technical degree, you're already halfway to a four-year B.S. degree. Our unique agreements with several two-year schools in the region allow students in the 2+2 OM Program to transfer their general education and technical degree credits and apply them to their four-year Operations Management Bachelor's degree. The online degree is a great option for busy working professionals or for students not in close proximity to the campuses. MSUM accepts up to 80 credits, leaving you with only 48 credit hours to complete a 4 year B.S. accredited degree. Those 48 credit hours consist of eight core classes and one internship.

Operations Management covers a wide spectrum of technical expertise and management training and offers multiple career options. The combination of a two-year technical degree and the leadership training that comes with a four-year B.S. degree makes 2+2 OM graduates more likely to gain promotions, and hold senior management and leadership positions. Obtaining a four-year B.S. degree will help you increase your earning potential, expand your career options, and allow you to utilize your technical background while becoming a leader in your chosen field.
