Earn College Credit and Work Experience At the Same Time
Internships in a capsule:
Experience is one of the best ways to enhance your employability.
Internships are required
You will work with your adviser to seek out your intern position and to establish number of credits earned.
A summer internship in your junior year is the most common, however depending on employer needs and your completed coursework; your internships may be taken at any time.
Internships may be full-time or part-time employment with the length and hours worked dependent in each situation.
Paid internships are a departmental requirement for credit to be earned.
