Nomination
Recognize someone by completing an "Of The Month" (OTM) award. Follow this link to submit an OTM on-line . Please be sure you are reviewing the criteria questions and writing as though nobody knows who or what you are writing about. The reason for this is that we want to start submitting our winners on to the regional NRHH board for review. So many things written to MSUM people will not be understood at the regional level. Nominations are due the first Friday of the month following the month of nomination (i.e.. October Of The Month nominations are due by the Friday of the first weekend of November) at 10 pm.
Advisor OTM
This could be the advisor for your Hall Council, Residence Hall Association, Dining Service Committee, Programs Council, Conduct Committee, or any other advisor to a housing related organization or committee.
Executive Board Member OTM
Use this form to recognize your Hall Council or Residence Hall Association executive board members.
National Communications Coordinator OTM
This form is solely for the National Communications Coordiantor, which is an executive board member of the Residence Hall Association.
Program OTM
Did Hall Council, Residence Hall Association, an R.A., group of R.A.'s, residents, etc. sponsor a successful and interesting floor, hall, or campus-wide program? Take some time to recognize the effort with this form. This category is subdivided into: Community Service, Diversity, Educational, and Social. When nominating a program chose the category that most closely fits. There can be a Program of the Month for each category.
Resident Assistant OTM
Are you proud of your R.A. and what he or she has done for you, your floor, and the residence hall community? Show an R.A. you appreciate what they do with this form.
Spotlight OTM
This form can be used for just about anything, but it is great for recognizing staff that don't always get recognized, such as your Complex Coordinator, General Maintenance Workers, Housing Office staff and Administration. This form can also be used for whatever you wish to recognize, but doesn't quite fit into the other categories.
Student OTM
Is there a student in the hall that has made a difference in Hall Council, helping out on the floor, or just an active member of the hall community? Recognize individual resident leadership with the Student OTM form.
Community OTM
Is your floor a great place to live or know of a floor community that is doing great things? Recognize their community with the Community OTM award.
