OSA Recognizes NEED: NEED is proud to receive the distinction of Student Organization of the Month for April/May 2009. President Meagan Barbie was also recognized as Student Leader of the Month for April/May. We will be celebrating our recognition at the Student Organization Awards Ceremony on Thursday, April 30th at 4:30 pm in the CMU ballroom.
Minnesota Schools Cutting Carbon: NEED is pleased to announce our participation in the Minnesota Schools Cutting Carbon program! MSUM has received a $500 grant to be used for small scale environmental projects on campus. Currently, NEED is in the process of developing our project and strategies to implement it. Spring Semester NEED meetings: Meetings this semester will be held every other Monday. The first meeting will be Monday, January 26th at 4:30 pm in CMU 214. For a list of future meeting times please see the calendar link to your left.

NEED (Network for Environmentally Educated Dragons) is currently in its third year as a student organization and is pleased to see continued growth and participation. We are excited for this year as we have many great ideas and fun activities coming up. We are proud to launch our website and hope that you will check back for updates and upcoming events!
