Dr. John Tesch conducts the MSU Moorhead Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, and teaches low brass instruments and conducting here at MSU Moorhead. He played principal trombone with the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra for 30 years. Dr. Tesch received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado. He was awarded his Master of Music degree from Indiana University and his D.M.A. from the University of Arizona. Dr. Tesch is also the conductor and music director for the Lake Agassiz Concert Band, a community ensemble that rehearses every Monday evening at MSUM.
