Formed in August of 2003 with generous support from MnSCU CTL and the Bush Foundation, Fuego Tropicál continues to bring its unique blend of Trinidadian steeldrums and Afro-Cuban salsa music to the Red River Valley Region! Directed by Dr. Kenyon Williams, the ensemble features 3 horns, a rhythm section with 5 percussionists, guitar, piano, bass, and a Spanish-speaking vocalist. Whether you're looking to provide a multicultural education-celebration of the music of the Caribbean or you're just looking for music that'll get your special event hopping, look no further! You've found it! Streaming RealOne Video of Fuego Tropical IN ACTION! |
