Quality Tools - In this course, participants will learn to use tools and techniques for improving quality and productivity of products and services in a production environment.  This course is specifically designed to help employees improve production processes through the use of practical, problem-solving techniques.  This class teaches problem-solving techniques such as brainstorming, nominal group technique, process flow analysis, cause and effect diagrams, fault tree analysis, capability analysis, control charts and Pareto analysis.
