During the week I create and tell stories about people in our community as a reporter. On the weekend, it’s my job to determine the content (i.e. ‘ what’s news’) of the newscast and how we want to present that content to our viewers. Then, I go on-air to tell people what’s happening in our region.

I currently manage a complex scope of support issues for a group of business customers that own Microsoft Premier Support agreements. I do this by acting as a technical point of contact and/or coordinating with other Microsoft groups to assist the customer in their use, support and implementation of Microsoft solutions. I ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for customers by understanding and identifying their computing needs, building and maintaining strong working relationships and managing their service account effectively along with their virtual account team.

My main responsibility involves conducting monthly technology training sessions for all new Retail Sales Representatives that come to Minneapolis for sales new hire training. I also train and mentor a group of Minneapolis new hires for their first year calling on a retail store. Other miscellaneous projects I do involve trouble shooting technology issues, create training documents and maintaining our internal division website.
