   <title>Catalog Workshops</title>
   <description>The library will be offering workshops on how to use the new catalog. These 
workshops will cover the basics, such as how to search for books and journals, 
as well as new advanced features. Currently, there are four drop-in workshops 
scheduled. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Monday, January 23rd&amp;nbsp; 9:00-10:00&lt;br&gt;
Tuesday, January 24th&amp;nbsp; 1:00-2:00&lt;br&gt;
Thursday, January 26th&amp;nbsp; 10:00-11:00&lt;br&gt;
Wednesday, February 1st 4:30-5:30&lt;/p&gt;

   <title>Notice About Returning Books *IMPORTANT*</title>
   <description>The library is moving to a new online system called MnPALS in January 
2006.&amp;nbsp; Between December 16, 2005, and approx. January 15, 2006, the online 
system will essentially be frozen. &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
To help the library through this transitional period, please return library 
materials that you are not using before December 15 so they can be processed 
before the conversion. &lt;br&gt;
If there are materials that you are still using and would like to keep, please 
renew these materials before December 15.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You may renew materials yourself 
from the PALS Patron Information and Requests page (&lt;a class=&quot;moz-txt-link-freetext&quot; href=&quot;http://www.pals.msus.edu/webpals/patron.html&quot;&gt;http://www.pals.msus.edu/webpals/patron.html&lt;/a&gt;). 
You may also call the Circulation Desk at 2355 to renew your materials. &lt;br&gt;
