Most people wore the plastic bag on the day it rained. Jessie seems to have adopted the garbage bag as a fashion statement.

 

Most people find it difficult to talk with a snorkel in their mouth....this didn't seem to stop Jessie at all. What was really frightening is that you could actually understand what she was saying underwater.

All I can say is that those British colonists could build one hell of a sturdy wall....

 

Obviously the pelting rain in th back of the truck didn't slow down the talking/verbal onslaught either.
