MARCH 2009 Welcome to the Lutheran Campus Ministry (LCM) e-newsletter. LCM is a
place where we invite conversation about anything. We don’t always
agree with each other but all voices are welcomed and respected. We
believe that Jesus’ love is God’s grace to us and through this grace we
are made children of God.
The LCM house is open each day from 10 – 6, so if you need a place to
study, watch TV, pray, talk, or even nap, stop over to a place that may
remind you of home. We seek to love God and love our neighbor.
Read below the opportunities that LCM provides. We invite you to participate as you are able. All are welcome here.
Bible Study* Small
group discussions on a deeper level than just the surface issues.
Expect close fellowship with other imperfect Christians. Topics that we
will focus on are judgment, accountability, honesty, openness, and
more. Join us Monday nights at 9pm at the LCM house. Free Food* Every
Tuesday and Wednesday you will find a home cooked meal waiting for you
at the LCM House. Serving time is between 11 & 1. Bring a friend
and meet new friends. Worship* Come to worship Wednesday nights at 8:30 p.m. in CMU 227. All are Welcome!
*There will be no Bible Study, Free Food, or Worship during Spring Break (March 16-20). Upcoming Events Stay tuned for upcoming volunteer opportunities, movie nights, egg dyeing, a Seder Meal and more next month. | | |
