Good buddies do everything together.  Chickadee and Duchess (2000) even team up to create their own version of a golden retriever door stop!   Bringing home a new puppy can be a harrowing experience for the dog that's already part of the family, but Chick (4) accepted Duch graciously on the very first day.   The puppy got away with everything.  She chewed on Chick's ears, pulled her tail, ate her food, stole her toys, and demanded most of the attention.  Patience, thy name is really Chickadee.
