CHINA FORUM FEATURED
AT MSU's 4TH EVENT
Moorhead, MN....A forum on the recent turmoil in China will be held at 4
p.m. in the Livingston Lord Library porch as part of Moorhead State
University's 4th of July celebration.
Represented on the panel of speakers will be MSU professor Sylvia Morgan
and senior Jill Trites, both caught in China during the government
crackdown on students; Shubo Xu, a visiting professor from Tianjin; and
Peter Geib, and MSU professor who recently returned from seven months of
teaching in China. The forum will be moderated by Bob Badal, a university
dean who also visited China recently.
