Guidelines for IT Purchases
Before making IT purchases (hardware or software) for university use, it is recommended that you request a quote from the IT department. The university receives volume discounts from many vendors when the purchase is processed through the correct channels. In addition, IT will work with your specifications to ensure your purchase will meet your needs and be compatible with existing IT systems.
