Instate Tuition Policy
New entering international students will pay outstate tuition for the first semester, upon enrolling for their second semester, the entire Minnesota Resident Tuition Scholarship for both their first and second semesters will be applied toward the second semester. After students have completed their first 2 semesters, the Minnesota Resident Tuition Scholarship will be applied each semester rather than once per year. (Students must volunteer 10 hours per semester and maintain a GPA of 2.0 or above as well as passing 67% of their courses to be eligible for the Minnesota Resident Tuition Scholarship.)
Financial Aid
Minnesota State University Moorhead does not offer any financial aid for international students.
Scholarships
International students are encouraged to apply for any university and department scholarships for which they are eligible. Most of these scholarships require attendance at MSUM prior to application.
