  • Print the appropriate application with your Internet browser print function. Remember to print each page.
  • Use Back function on your Internet browser to return to this page.
  • Find the appropriate financial aid statement.
  • Print the appropriate financial statement with your Internet browser print function.
  • Print the transfer letter only if you are transferring to Minnesota State University Moorhead from another institution within the U.S
  • Complete, sign, and mail the application along with the application fee, TOEFL score, original transcripts and English translations, and financial statement to the following address:

Minnesota State University is no longer accepting online international applications.  While online applications can speed up the process with some populations, we do not believe this is the case with International applications.  If students submit their documents with their application; less time is spent on trying to match documents to their respective application.  This will actually expedite the process in the long run. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.  Please download and submit the above application.  If you can not access the online application, please send us an email with your current mailing address and one will be sent to you.
