PASSPORTS & ID CARDS

Passport Applications -- Print off applications using a quality laser printer. Forms are also available in the Office of International Programs. You must submit your passport application in person at a Federal Courthouse or certain Post Offices. You will need to bring in two passport photos, original or certified birth certificate, the appropriate fee, and a picture ID as proof or your identity. For updated fees, check out www.travel.state.gov. Currently, the application fee is $75 and the execution fee is $25.

US Post Office, 119 5th Street South, Moorhead

US Federal Building, 657 2nd Ave North, Fargo

International I.D. Card -- The International Student Identification Card (ISIC) is recognized worldwide as a student ID card. This card can be used to receive discounts, travel insurance, and other travel benefits. Applications are available in the Office of International Programs.  Cards cost $22, and require one passport size photo, along with your student ID number (Dragon ID for MSUM students). Cards are usually available within one week.  You can also purchase your ISIC online at myisic.com.


**Passport photos are now available in the Office of International Programs, Flora Frick 153. The cost is $10.00 for 4 photos.**
