The mission of the Library is to foster excellence in teaching and learning by acquiring and organizing resources and by teaching skills necessary for success in an information-based society and workplace.The purpose of audiovisual/television services is to facilitate teaching, learning, and research by promoting effective practices in the use of instructional technology -- both materials and equipment.
Library and Audiovisual Services are part of the Division of Instructional Resources. They are organized and staffed to support the University?s mission in instruction, public service, and research. Within that broad mandate, the services are organized to assist students, staff, and faculty access and use available resources and personnel.
