Getting
Started: The
first step is to fill out the online
Account
Request form to use
Turnitin @ MSUM. After receiving your department account ID and join
password from Turnitin @ MSUM, create your personal user profile. The create
a user profile is
located in the upper right corner
of the
Turnitin.com
web site. The new user wizard will open and walk you through the profile
creation process. The second step is to create a class(s) account. You
will need to distribute the class enrollment ID and password to your
students so they can join your class. The third step is to create an
assignment(s) for the class. You may want to create more than one
assignment category for a class (e.g. Research Paper Draft, Final Research
Paper).
