GoMoorhead Internet Service
The internet service in the MSUM residence halls is provided by GoMoorhead, through 702 Communications. All of the buildings have wireless internet, with the exception of the John Neumaier apartments, which has hard wire internet service through 702 Communications.
702 Communications also offers two upgraded DSL plans available to students in the MSUM Residence Halls. More information is listed below.
For wireless internet service, look for "GoMoorhead-MSUM". The regular GoMoorhead network would require a password. GoMoorhead-MSUM will only work within the residence halls.

The hours for the help desk are Monday-Friday 7:30am-10pm, and Saturday 8am-5pm.
When you call please provide your name, hall and room number, phone number, and a specific description and time of the problem.
