In order to be assigned a room in on-campus housing, a completely filled out and signed contract application, accompanied by a required $150 prepayment, must be submitted directly to MSUM Housing and Residential Life, 1104 7th Ave. South, Moorhead, MN 56563. Applications and prepayments can also be made on-line through your e-services account, by clicking the “Online” link above. You can call Housing and Residential Life at 218.477.2118. Students under 18 years old must have a parent’s or guardian’s signature.
