Attention:Hello MSUM Students, and please read this important information about living on campus! In order to be assigned a room in on campus housing, a completely filled out and signed contract application, accompanied by a required $250 prepayment, must be submitted directly to MSUM Housing and Residential Life, Ballard Hall, 1104 7th Ave. South, Moorhead, MN 56563. Applications and prepayments can also be made on-line through your e-services account, by clicking the “Online” link above. You can call Housing and Residential Life at 218.477.2118.
Students under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian signature. Students experiencing financial hardship may qualify for the student housing prepayment loan and should contact the Financial Aid office for more details and to apply. You can also find details about the prepayment loan and obtain a loan application here.
Submit the prepayment loan application directly to Financial Aid, Owens Hall, 1104 7th Ave. South, Moorhead, MN 56563. You can call Financial Aid at 218.477.2251.
