"I never seem to have enough time!" is a complaint that college faculty
often hear students express. Students must be able to budget their time to
enjoy the total college experience. College is more than going to class
and taking tests. College life means meeting people, joining groups, and
participating in social activities. To enjoy all the things college has to
offer, students need to develop good time management skills. In addition,
learn how your response to stressful situations can affect how you feel
and how you perform in school! This session will also contain discussions
on how to recognize stress and some methods to control and deal with
stressful events. |
