"Mind over Matter: Six Week Challenge"
Is your weight dragging you down? Are you wanting more structure in your workouts, or not sure what and how much to eat? This course is designed to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals. The 18-1 hour long workouts (3 days/week) will be educational, inspirational, and most importantly, designed for your success. Enjoy fitness fun either individually or with a buddy! Call and sign-up today - sessions will be offered throughout the semester!
Individual Program
Student Fee: $135 ($7.50/session!)
Faculty/Staff: $225 ($12.50/session!)
Buddy Program (2 or more individuals)
Student Fee: $67.50/person ($3.75/session!)
Faculty/Staff: $112.50/person ($6.25/session!)
Days/Times: As arranged (3 session/week)
Example class format:
- Week 1: Sign-up for individual meeting. Body composition evaluation, goal setting and nutritional log information.
- Week 2: Nutrition logs due for analysis
- Week 3: Individual weigh-ins
- Week 4: Nutritional check-up
- Week 5: Nutritional check-up
- Week 6: Sign-up for individual meeting. Final weigh-in, body composition evaluation and continued goal setting.
