Open Communicator

Open Communicator is our secure online portal for students to access Medical Services. Students are automatically eligible to access Open Communicator once they have enrolled into Minnesota State University Moorhead and have activated their MSUM DragonNet ID and password.

Please use Open Communicator to complete the following: 

• Pre-Appointment forms (Consent for Treatment, Health History, Insurance Information, Notice of Privacy)
• Profile updates (Phone, Address, Emergency Contact Information)
• View immunizations and more

To Login to Open Communicator:

• Go to the Open Communicator website.
• Enter your network ID and password. (This is provided to you once you enroll at MSUM.)
• Enter your birthdate and click on the "Proceed" button.
