When visiting Hendrix Health Center check-in 10-15 minutes early at the front desk registration
where your health and insurance information will be updated. Be sure to bring your MSUM photo ID
for each visit. In addition, it may be helpful to review the following checklist:
- If you have health insurance, bring your insurance card to each visit. You do not need insurance coverage to be seen at the clinic.
- Arrive early to allow for parking and to fill out forms.
- Your appointment time is reserved for you. Please be on time, or call to cancel if you will not be coming.
- To schedule an appointment call the clinic or stop by the front desk during business hours.
- Bring a list of the medications, herbs, and other therapeutics you are taking (or bring them with you), and help us maintain a current list.
- Remember, it's always okay to ask questions about your care, your safety, and about costs at Hendrix Health Center.
