Microsoft Outlook

 

Microsoft Outlook is not currently being supported at Minnesota State University Moorhead. However if you prefer to use Microsoft Outlook to read your MSU Moorhead email then the following may help you in getting it configured. 

  • For the email address enter  your email username@mnstate.edu

  • For the Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server: choose IMAP and enter  mail.mnstate.edu

  • For the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: enter mail.mnstate.edu

  • For the Account name enter your email username (e.g., doejo)
