A. I liked how Prof. Hamrick took the time and effort to go over every assignment we had. It made it more easier and less stressful because I actually knew what I was doing.

B. The research paper.

D. The course is very helpful to determine the career field that someone wants to go into because your doing weeks of researching the career.

A. This course taught me how to write a research paper and an acceptable resume. It was helpful for my future career.

B. I thought that this course was different from the other 102 English classes. We did a lot more work, and it was graded very hard.

C. No, he wrote inacceptable e-mails and comments on my papers. An email telling me that I had acted inprofessional in class when all I did was hand him my paper. He said I threw it at him. On one paper her wrote “Not your best work” when I had asked him about it, and he said it looked good.

D. This instructor wasn’t dressed like a professor should. The jeans and suit coat with a tee isn’t very professional.

A. I like the section when we worked on the play.

B. I didn’t like all of the work that was given, because I don’t have a lot of free time to get things done and it got to be very stressful at times.

C. I would recommend him because he does teach well and I have learned a lot.

D. Might want to give a longer time to do all the assignments for the research paper. Also do more things with what the students have for topics rather than have us go and do things that don’t relate to our topics.

A. I liked working in groups, but the group projects required much outside of the class time that was difficult to get together. I liked reading the play. I learned some tips about writing, as we were doing the huge paper. I really liked how the research paper was broken into steps spread over time.

B. I hated the career theme. It would have been ok, but to talk about careers for all but one/two weeks was too much. Not everything can relate to careers. We weren’t taught how to write. We never analyzed books except for the play review.

B. Long pointless lectures that were repeated over and over. We also were given 12 silabus and it was stressful not knowing when things are due.

C. No, it is a lot of work for a 100 class and he is very demanding, I often felt like he thought it our only class.

D. He told us that all homework would be done in class but I often had way too much work that I had to skip a class or soccer.

A. My favorite part of the course was making a resume & talking about good and bad design.

B. Writing the big paper, but who does?

D. A lot of good context in the course.

A. The fact that a lot of what we learned could be directly applied to what we need to know in our job fields.

B. There were a lot of deadlines, usually at least 2 a week. This made the class pretty stressful.

C. Probably.

D. We learned a lot of good information, but the class was very stressful-fewer deadlines would help.

A. Although the analysis discussions were becoming old and repetitive. I think that they were the best part of the class. I will be able to use them throughout the rest of my college career and in my future profession.

B. There wasn’t anything I truly disliked…everything was very useful.

C. I would recommend this course to a friend if they wanted to a take an English class that would benefit them greatly in the future.

A. He gave us a lot of time to get are work done to make sure it was thorough.

B. He explained things to much. It got repetitive.

D. I learned the most about writing style in his class, than any of my other English classes.

A. The fact that some of the stuff will stay with us.

B. I didn’t really like career based. It was helpful, but boring. Worst was amount of exp. Required though.

D. Weird aura but overall a kick ass guy.

A. Very professional course on Analitical writing.

B. Lack of creative thought.

C. If they are going into business, yes. If they are going into Arts, or anything creative, no.

D. Nice style with Analitical writing…however, add creative content.
