INCORE is the joint INitiative on COnflict Resolution and Ethnicity of the U.N. University and the University of Ulster. This server acts as a central resource on the Internet for those concerned with conflict resolution and ethnic conflict. It includes information on Sri Lanka.

Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC)
APEC, formed in 1989, is the primary regional vehicle for promoting open trade and practical economic cooperation.

East-West Center

PFA was conceptualized on Aug. 31,1967, and formally established on Jan. 15, 1968, in response to a call for a regional institute for the development of Asian journalism.
