Form 1: Proposed Graduate Course Plan
- Students are assigned a graduate advisor upon admission to a degree program.
- It is the student's responsibility to meet with the advisor to plan the appropriate course of study in order to meet degree requirements.
- The plan should be recorded on Form 1, along with the signatures of advisor and Program Coordinator.
- Completed Form 1 is sent to the Graduate Studies Office, the Director of Graduate Studies signs the form, and it is recorded and placed in the student's permanent file in the Records Office.
