3 Week Practicum/Elementary Student Teaching Application Instructions

(Make sure this is the application you want)

1. Click here to log in to your LiveText account.

2. Click on "Create."

3. Under “Choose a Folder” select "Student Teaching Applications."

4. Under “Choose a Template” select "PFY Student Teaching Application."

5. Name your document "PFY Student Teaching Application."

6. Click “Create Document.”

7. You will come to a page that says "Basic Information."  From there it is pretty self-explanatory.

8. Choose where you want to go by clicking on items in the box on the left hand side of your page.

9. Each section has an Edit button that you click when you want to add or change something. After you edit, be sure to Save. After you save be sure to Finish.

10. You can begin your student teaching application any time and come back to it to add things later.  However, when completing forms, such as the Placement Form, Professional Dispositions Essay, and Letter of Intro, you MUST complete and submit them in their entirety as you cannot return later.
