For the 2006-2007 year we are in the process of contacting quite a few groups!
We're currently attempting to schedule speakers from the FBI, US Marshals, Department of Homeland Security and TSA.
There is also the possibility to visit a prison sometime this spring.
We are also discussing a visit to the Bureau of Criminal Apprehnsion.

Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI)
Agent John Dalzeil gave a presentation of his life with the FBI.
Agent Dalzeil discussed the requirements for becoming an FBI Agent and outlined the application process and the training involved with this career.
Moorhead Police K-9 Unit
The Moorhead Police K-9 unit came to Minnesota State University Moorhead to give a presentation about the K-9 team.
The officers spoke about the dogs' training and their own personal training.
They gave an amazing demonstration of the K-9 police unit's skills.
US Marshals
US Marshal Berg came to speak with the CJA about the lifestyle of a US Marshall.
Along with learning about the US Marshal Service we also were informed of the criteria for becoming a future US Marshal.
ATF
The Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Agent was able to give us a better understanding of the career of an ATF Agent.
He also gave us the criteria for becoming an ATF Agent.
US Customs
The US Customs Agent made a special trip to speak with the CJA members.
He spoke of the duties and average day of the US Customs Agents.
He also to of some of his most exciting "busts".
Moorhead Police Department
Lt. Kutze visited our group and gave a very motivating presentation on his career with the local Police Department.
