Academic and work success mean little if you are unhappy.  Research indicates that once you enter a career, ultimate success depends on your ability to manage your and others' emotions.

This one-credit, 8-week class will introduce you to the concept of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE.  Explore your own emotional self-awareness, interpersonal relationships, adaptability, stress tolerance, and optimism.  Investigate the new research on emotional intelligence and identify ways to improve your EQi.
