My daughter Laurie graduated from high school in 2005. She is presently attending college in Mankato, majoring in Biology and minoring in Psychology. She also sings with their jazz choir.
My son Fenner graduated from high school in 2006. He is presently attending college at MSUM in Moorhead, planning to major in Physics and possibly Math.
My wife Mary teaches Earth Science at Moorhead Junior High. We met in graduate school in Tennessee where we were both graduate students in geology.
I teach Geology, Meteorology, and Planetary Science at MSUM. I also do woodworking and writing. Important activities in my life include family conversations and church.
My Family and I like to do lots of things together, including camping, hiking, and biking.
