College for Kids & Teens classes will be held on the MSUM campus. Some classes do involve field trips – those will be mentioned in the course descriptions.

Students must be six years old at least 1 week prior to the course starting and not older than eighteen years old. Coursework is designed specifically for age group subsets within this range, unless noted in the course description. Please keep in mind your child’s maturity level when registering them for courses.
All half day courses are $129 with the exception of a few classes. Full day courses are $258. Refer to the course descriptions for cost of a specific class.

Some classes will have material to display or presentations and the parent(s)/guardian(s) will be notified in advance if students are enrolled in those classes and are invited to attend. If there is not a specific mention you can always talk to the Instructor on the first day.
Yes, it is very important that the Parental Consent portion is completed for each student enrolled in College for Kids & Teens. If you are registering online, there will be an area for you to provide consent. The staff needs an adult contact person in case of injury, illness, or disciplinary problems. Please be sure to give a phone number where you or a responsible party can be reached during the sessions. No answering machines please.
If your child will miss or needs to be excused early from class, you must notify the College for Kids & Teens office prior to class. Instructors will not allow students to leave class early for any reason without notifying the College for Kids & Teens office.
It is determined on a case by case basis. If the class is cancelled due to low enrollment, students can be transferred into another class or will be reimbursed the full tuition amount.
Sessions do fill quickly. Please check our website for an updated list of available classes.
Once we receive your registration you will receive an email stating the course(s) registered for and the amount due. Once full payment is received a confirmation email will be sent stating that your balance is paid. Also, before classes start you will receive a letter that will provide information regarding the classes they are registered for, complete instructions on drop off and pick up locations and any special items your child should bring.
