    Journey to the Land of Egypt
    Get ready to make an artistic journey to the land of Egypt. We will begin with a tour of the Ancient pyramids. We will learn about and create life size sarcophagi which will be enchanting and amazing at the same time. We will learn about and sculpt King Tut and Queen Nefertiti masks using metallic paints and colors. We will also learn the art of hieroglyphics and create pictures by using our own names written in the Egyptian art form. At the end of their trip, students will have an amazing gallery show in which friends and family are invited to view the awesome artwork!

    These sculptures take advantage of the principle of equilibrium.
