Counseling and Student Affairs Scholarship
The Counseling and Student Affairs (CNSA) Program now has a Scholarship! This is a $500.00 scholarship that will be offered when there are enough funds to award it. We anticipate awarding our first CNSA Scholarship next year.
Graduate students who have applied to and who have been accepted into the CNSA program but who have not yet completed their first fall semester in the program will be eligible to apply for the scholarship.
Students will submit an application, a resume, and a 350 word statement indicating their interest in Counseling and Student Affairs and their future career plans. A committee made up of the CNSA faculty, and two CNSA alumni will determine who will receive the scholarship. Scholarship decisions will be based on the following criteria: GPA, community service and experience, and potential for success in Counseling and Student Affairs.
Faculty, students, alumni, and friends of CNSA are eligible to make a donation to this scholarship. If you wish to donate to this scholarship please indicate that you want your donation to be earmarked for the Counseling and Student Affairs Scholarship (Fund # R650)
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Thanks,
