Event Services strives to provide MSUM students, faculty, staff, and the surrounding community with a friendly, efficient and dependable full service meeting and conference coordination office. Our goal is to ease the customer's apprehension toward scheduling their event and to educate them about the planning process. This will help ensure a successful event as well as provide the individual with the skills necessary to plan a future event.
Event Services provides a one-stop, convenient way of scheduling events in the CMU. Reservations for rooms, AV equipment and rental tables can be made through this office. All catering requests are made through Sodexho Campus Services.
