Fall 2007 has been a busy semester for Communicators in Action (CIA).  Over the past 3 and half months they have coordinated several lunches for Communication Studies majors and minors to inform them of advising issues and career opportunities. During the month of November CIA donated an abundance of non-perishable food items to the Dorothy Day food Pantry in Moorhead to give back to the community. On November 4th CIA volunteered at the Churches United Carnival for the Homeless. This Halloween-themed event was held at Atonement Lutheran church in Fargo and the theme was “Homelessness is Scary." It was a great opportunity to serve our community and the numerous people who are without homes this season.
