“When I was 12 years old, I watched a PBS series called Connections by James Burke.  The series held me like nothing else had.  The series shows how one event alters other events.  This was the inspiration to do the same thing in science.  I now use this inquire to ask how events are connected in controlling how cells migrate and tumors move.”
