“I chose this book because O.L. Pfaffmann (Ozzie) has been an inspiration to everyone in the construction industry for over 50 years.  I have known Ozzie for over 12 years.  He initiated and promoted the development of the American Institute of Constructors and was instrumental in the Certified Professional Constructor Exam.  Both of these efforts laid the foundation that has promoted professionalism in the construction industry and has promoted the constructor to the same professional status as our counterparts, the architects and engineers.  The story of his company is a tribute to a man who lives his chosen profession as a professional and an inspiration to all who enter the field of construction.  Just this year, he was given an honorary doctor degree for his efforts.”
